A ROOMING ACCOMMODATION DEVELOPMENT

Offering 15 fully furnished tenancies across two buildings, this unique housing option is provided for those seeking accommodation near the Logan Hospital, employment areas, public transport and shopping. Each tenancy features a living area with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, and a patio or balcony. Each building will contain additional common areas and facilities for the tenants. 

It is anticipated that typically for an applicant to be accepted as a tenant they will need to be a sole occupant, employed and come with good rental references. We expect that some tenants will be employed at the Logan Hospital and be new to the Logan area. Being fully furnished a tenant only needs to bring their clothing and personal items to move in.

There will be an on-site manager. This development is not a boarding house and Council approval is not being sort for it to be used as short-term accommodation.

Site works are anticipated to start in mid 2025 with completion due in early to mid 2026.
